Title: Howdy from the Northwestern United States of America
Post by: KC7AHQ on May 13, 2015, 12:42:59 UTC
Got my license in 1984.  I built a Tuna Tin II and worked some of the States and that's where I got hooked on QRP.  CW and PSK 31 are my modes of choice right now.  Mostly CW on QRP.  Just completed a Ramsey 20 and worked from Washington (the state at the other end of the country) to Utah.  Looking forward to involvement with this group.

A belated welcome to the group Milton! Great to see you getting involved from over on your west coast and hope you manage to make some contacts in EU. It doesn't happen very often but I've managed a good few QRP contacts into WA and get a great kick out of them particularly when the guy on the other end is running a kW against my 5 Watts!!! Bangs for bucks?
