Not going to be easy from northern EU with the present poor solar conditions, but according to VOACAP 17m seems a reasonable possibilty, at least from my location.
Fortunately I don't "need" Bouvet for an ATNO as I worked 3Y5X on 10m in 1990, 3Y0PI on 40m in 1994 and 3Y0X on 30m in 2006. Would be nice to get it on 17 or 20m though!
I think most QRPC members are familiar with VOACAP predictions on-line as about as good as it gets for finding best times and bands, but here's a link for anyone who isn't familar with it.

Expedition has been aborted to to weather and engine problems, so looks like Bouvet will remain as #2 most wanted for a little longer.
