Title: Hello from VK
Post by: VK3JY on December 10, 2013, 05:23:00 UTC
Hi to all,
I have been licensed since 1978 and have developed an interest in portable QRP operations in local parks and SOTA activating and chasing - all at a gentleman's pace ...
I use a TS590S at home generally at QRP levels with a ZS6BKW antenna, and a KX3 when portable with a link dipole or an End Fed Half Wave dipole to send my small amounts of RF to the ionosphere.
I have not tried much DX, but would be interested in attempting something if others are interested. Please let me know.
Cheers/73
Steve
