Title: Introducing myself, WU1V
Post by: WU1V on December 10, 2013, 02:07:52 UTC
Hello everyone,

I've been operating QRP for about the past year and enjoying it. Around 99 percent of my QSOs are QRP. I use a Yaesu FT-450D set at its lowest output, 5 watts, and I have a slanting dipole antenna cut to 10 meters but with my LDG ATU I'm able to work most of the HF bands (not 6M or 160M though). I look forward to sharing the joys and challenges of QRP on this club. 72, Rick WU1V (USA)

Tell me more about the antenna. A 10 meter dipole? How does it work on 40 qrp? I have a Elecraft Standalone QRP tuner.
