Hello Jenny,
Congrats and Great idea, and very light and useful, and most of all it is always full lenght for the band you want.
Do you know this antenna can be built for 2 or 3 bands with 2 or 3 reels on each side ?
Look at the link here: http://www.hamradiofun.com/yo-yo-vee-model4-6.htm (http://www.hamradiofun.com/yo-yo-vee-model4-6.htm)
It is called YO-YO VEE ANTENNA for portable work , it is really Great!!
Normally those plastic reels are use with a simple rope for a clothes line during camping trip.
So you replace the rope by some lightweight wire and with a couple of isolators, you are in business.
Good dx'ing, & Have fun everyday

I only use them as groundplane to my HB-V2 vertical antenna for now. Maybee later experiments will give more inspiration to other construktions. i,we seen the yoyo antennas before, a good idea for monobanders.
