A wow morning QRP QSO
« on: March 13, 2014, 18:41:27 UTC »
Up early as the YL and I would be absent most of the day. Turned on the rig (20 meters) at about 0530 French time. Sent a CQ a few times. No calls and nothing on the reverse beacon. Listened up the band and heard Tasmania VK7CW working stations. Gave him  a call and was rewarded with a QSO.

Details here: My Rig Heathkit HW-8 @ 1 watt, Par EF-20 wire antenna.

Lovely.
