Weekly straight key party
« on: November 12, 2015, 17:37:56 UTC »
Hi OM´s and YL´s which are interessted in straight key morse keying ....

A friend of mine (DK4AN) has started his CW "Pump Gun" party yesterday evening. The plan is to make it to a weekly event.

Allowed are power between QRPP and 100 watts .... not allowed are elbugs, bugs or other things like this with or without an electronic. Only mechanical straight keys are allowed ....

The event starts every Wednesday at 18:00 German local time, which is 17:00 UTC .... Maybe in the summertime we will change the time up to 19:00 local summertime which is also 17:00 UTC ...

Would be nice to see some of you .....

Last Wednesday we have had the 4th "pimp Gun" party on 3.569 kHz and we have had a new record with 9 callers ..... All of them are germans but we hope that some guys from other countries will break in  ;D

B.t.w.

If you think that QRP is not possible to break in a power up to 100 watts allowed .... Only restriction is to use a straight key .....
