Title: QRP from Devil's Dyke, nr Brighton.
Post by: m3KXZ on December 09, 2013, 23:15:12 UTC
Just wanted to share some pictures from my short operating session this afternoon from approximately 1600UTC. Propagation conditions were a bit poor but I had 3 great QSOs, running 5W CW, with W1MK, W9OA/9 and PY1MX all on 10m, followed by KB1VEN on 17m. Finally, just before I arrived home worked CE2AWW on 12m. Really pleased.

Second picture.... see the mil surplus AT271 whip on my Jeep? It is connected via the feedthrough to a SGC SG237 Smartuner with a short braid directly inside the panel. Works very well and is quite discreet.

And what about the view to the west? Lovely up there it is!

Well done!!!
I'll go and I'll install a LW  in Cardales (Buenos Aires) and will operate with my 817. Promptly news of the "mini-expedition", possibly in the ten meter contest.
Thanks for the pictures!
