Hello,
As most of you know CQ magazine has a dx marathon contest every year. Basically you try and work as many countries as you can from Jan 1 thru Dec 31. Well they now have a QRP devision, but only issue a certificate to the winner. I asked K9EL why every other catagory has a plaque he said the QRP CATAGORY NEEDS A SPONSER FOR THE PLAQUE. He's looking for a person or company to put up 90.00 USD per year, the plaque costs 60.00 and international shipping 30.00. This is pretty cheap advertising for some of the QRP COMPANIES, hopefully someone will come forward, if you are interested John can be contacted at his K9EL QRZ address, Tnx Dan WG5G.
