Hello

I ask you a simple question regarding the bias of the diode. Is it in passing or reverse (biased) mode. If you could give me a little more information.
Best Regards

QRP / Is QRP Club still QRV?
« Last post by GM0LVI on November 16, 2021, 20:21:25 UTC »
Is the club still QRV? There have been no new posts for months. I've had no response from Nicola to a message I sent and a potential new member has been unable to register despite emailing Nicola.
It looks like the Club had died a death which is a great pity.

Good day hobby enjoyed,

Radio amateur for a long time, retired for 7 years now, busy
with astronomy and fiddling with everything in the field of electronics. the astronomy
lace is mainly photography. enough about myself.

I usual operate from about 50.086 to 50.100. Multi-hop DX tends to operate around 50.100.
If you've not already discovered it there's a very useful web resource for seeing what's happening at -

Yes, has to be CW as low signals are very much easier to copy and I jsut can't be bothered with FT8 as it doesn't have the human touch. :-)
A fellow ham here in town has made 100+ contacts in ft8, and at the same time I try the band calling CQ and listen
 in CW but no luck.
In which frequencies do you operate?
