Hi!
I wanted to introduce myself to the group. My name is Randy Bright, AK4QK and my QTH is Jacksonville, AL USA. I have been an amateur radio op for around 3 years now and interested in QRP almost all that time. My main QRP rig is a KX3 fed by a 204' G5RV for base use. I have a variety of random wire, end fed, magnetic loop and vertical antennas for portable use. I also have a FT817nd that I use for QRP. I'm looking forward to participating in the group!

Hello, Randy, and nice to meet you via the site.
Can we set up a schedule to work each other on 80 meters? I have a small QRPp rig that I would like to work you on and I would think that a 2XQRP contact on 80 at this time of the year would be a breeze. I would be using battery power and a 144 foot long doublet feed with TV twin lead (300 ohm) and a tuner.
My little transmitter is crystal controlled and I have the following frequencies available:
3.579 MHz
3.560 MHz
3.561 MHz
3.480 MHz
3.575 MHz
Could we work out a schedule for 80 meters to make a contact soon?
Regards,
