That's great Pierre! Too late at night for me though, I'm usually asleep by 2300 local/2200 UTC :-)

I'll be SV8/GM0LVI/P from the end of next week until about 5th July, so hope for some good propagation as I'll only have a Buddistick antenna.

this night , 23h30 utc  (01h30 local time) on 14060  K0ZK ,Arnold  at Lebanon (Me) USA  - 5978 km from my qth in south in France... with my new IC-718 - 5 watts and my windom FD3 antenna.
A very good surprise  :)

QRP / SFI is up at last!!

Solar flux has risen above 70 for the first time for several weeks and it is making a BIG difference in propagation. Tonight with 5 Watts I worked NA, HB9 and G with 599 reports from HB9 and G and 559 from NA. The G contact was unusual short skip from GM but a very strong signal.

Hello to all,
I return after approximatively 2 month of silence...I took back the radio the may 17th..
my qso are : on 30 meter : S57V OK2BEW IZ5BBS and on 20 m tonight..: LZ1SM
Thus the routine with my FDM-DUO and Windom antenna on south of france.

You are doing very well Joop! It is quite amazing what one can work from QTHs that are further south than our own ones. FB on working South America - I've heard very little from there for a while now and certainly no QRP.

Here is the last update from Sicily. No groundplane for 40 meters, it's an inverted vee! Very loud signals from all over Europe but also 4X.

The 12 meter spiderbeam mast is sagging quite a bit!
