It's been quite a while since I logged onto this Site.That does not mean that I have been inoperative, I move about my Hobbies to avoid boredom. I recently began to run QRP out in the Country and CA, Sierras having all manner of fun with the KX3 and the recent addition to my arsenal, a Yaesu FTX-1 and a Taylor Made Vertical Antenna.
Having spent most of my Adult Career in the RF Industry, I understand how important Antennas are especially when running between 5-10 watts PEP. I recently purchased a Portable Vertical Antenna that performs very well. Of course, for those who ponder QRP operating, I always ask "Do you operate CW?"
